How One Headline Reminded Me I’m A Misogynist

My message to my fellow men is this: Sometimes we need a reminder of just how ingrained our prejudices are and how much we still have to face.

I like to think of myself as enlightened, beyond outdated ideas about gender. But sometimes we get a reminder of just how ingrained our prejudices are and how much we still have to face.

Last night I read a headline in the Guardian. Nothing earth-shattering. Just a simple article about the life of someone in the public eye. One I could happily read and moved on to the next.
